We are proud to introduce our new logo and brand identity, which adds an exciting new level of sophistication and elegance to Aloe Lane – as we continue to grow the business and to delight our guests from around the world with our unique surroundings and our personal service.
Aloe Lane is coming up for its 4th birthday (which we can’t quite believe ourselves!) and as part of that exciting milestone, we decided it was time that we had an updated brand – which now more closely fits the identity of the lodge as it has developed in that time. On that note by the way – look out for details of our upcoming birthday promotion for September, which we will be announcing next week on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram!
When briefing our design agency, we asked them to visit the lodge and then to recommend which aspects of the original logo they felt best represented the personality of Aloe Lane, and of course they chose the Aloe, which has just started flowering here now! This time though, it has been beautifully illustrated in our existing corporate colours of green and orange, to complement all of our current materials and our website, yet while still bringing our brand very much up to date. We do hope you agree . . .
At a wider level, we will be rolling out our new logo across the business over the coming months, so look out for new business cards, staff name badges, signage, and even a brand new brochure – which is in development as we write this!
Finally, we just wanted to say huge thanks to Lesley King from Consider It Done and Gill Prince from Contract Marketing who both looking after our marketing – in the UK and ‘on the ground’ here in South Africa – and to our design agency White Kite who created the new brand. Great job all round – we love it.
