In addition to our main dining room, we have large multi-purpose Meeting Room, with full food and beverage service – ideal for presentations, meetings and small conferences.
Our Meeting Room can cater for up to 20 guests classroom style, 15 guests conference style or 12 guests boardroom style. Facilities include a whiteboard/screen, data projector and flipchart, plus wi-fi throughout the premises. This room can also be transformed for intimate parties, dinners or other functions.
We offer a day delegate package which includes:
- Tea, coffee, juices and pastries on arrival
- Still and sparkling water, and mints, in the room
- Mid-morning tea or coffee with a variety of bite-sized sweet and savoury items
- Lunch in our dining room, or a working lunch in the meeting room if preferred
- Mid afternoon tea or coffee with a variety of bite-sized sweet and savoury items
After your meeting, you can choose to remain with us to enjoy a drink on the verandah, and also join us for dinner in our dining room if you would like. This will be charged at our standard rates and is in addition to the normal day delegate rate.
Accommodation at Aloe Lane Guest Lodge is available for up to seven guests, with single occupancy. Four of our rooms can also be made up as twins if some of your delegates are happy to share.
